What are Multiple Intelligences?

It has been claimed by some researchers that our intelligence or ability to understand the world around us is complex. Some people are better at understanding some things than others.

Instead of having one intelligence it is claimed that we have several different intelligences. These are listed below:

1. Kinaesthetic - Body Smart
2. Logical - Number Smart
3. Intrapersonal - Myself Smart
4. Visual/Spatial - Picture Smart
5. Linguistic - Word Smart
6. Interpersonal - People Smart
7. Musical - Music Smart
8. Naturalistic- Nature Smart

What special intelligence do you have? You can find out by answering a few simple questions.

The same happens with our learning styles. There are different types of learners:

1. Visual learners
2. Auditory learners
3. Read-Write learners
4. Kinesthetic learners
